One of my favourite things about UK living is how easy it is to travel. Not only do we have the food and wine capitals of the world, Italy and France on our doorstep, (not to forget the rest of beautiful Europe) but a day trip to another country is actually realistic.
Located on Vietnam’s central coast, the town of Hội An is one incredible place. Brightly coloured buildings, to-die-for food and friendly locals, are just the start of the many amazing things this small town has to offer.
Knowing what to pack for any holiday can be daunting, especially if you’re travelling for a few months and have limited luggage space (I’m still waiting for someone to invent a Mary Poppins bag – why hasn’t anyone come up with that yet?!).
Isn’t it great when you go to a country and you come alive with fascination, jumping out of your hotel bed every morning wanting to explore and discover more? I just love when I find a place like that. Recently, I had these kinds of moments with Vietnam.
Brunches until 4pm, all day dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, insanely mouthwatering desserts, and not to mention an array of good coffee and cocktails, Roast is the perfect spot for any time of the day you’re feeling a little peckish or parched.
Melbourne is a city full of multiculturalism, vibrancy, mouth-wateringly good coffee, and even better food that will keep you busy for hours if not days.
