The colder months are on the way, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not looking forward to it in the slightest. Yes, the fashion is super cool in the winter, but even so, I’m totally a warm weather girl all the way.
Since moving to the UK, I have had to up my beauty game incredibly. My skin has become soooo dry here, I’ve literally had to change everything, from my makeup to my skincare, and haircare.
Now winter is on the way, I’m having to take my skin nourishing up a notch yet again. But to do so, I need a few key beauty products to ensure I have radiant, beautiful skin all A/W long!
A very nourishing daily moisturiser
Up your face moisturiser game in the colder months with a thicker and more nourishing face moisturiser. Not only will it keep your skin hydrated, supple and healthy, it’ll help to keep your makeup last all day long. Who wants a dry flakey face?! Ain’t got time for that!
Rejuvenating face serum
A product that hydrates and makes you look younger, sign me up! Adding a serum into my daily skincare routine has been a god send. My pores have minimised, my skin is plumper, and I have this glow I’ve never had before. A serum is a key ingredient to add to not only your winter beauty regime, but your everyday regime too.
Thick hand cream
The cold weather always makes my hands so dry! They get to a stage where they’re that dry, they actually start to sting. To prevent this, invest in a lovely thick hand cream and apply at least two times a day. Your hands will thank you, believe me!
Dry body brush
I started using a dry body brush a few months ago and noticed a huge change with my skin. Dry body brushes are fabulous for lymphatic drainage, minimising cellulite, increasing circulation, and exfoliation. Investing in one of these brushes has seriously been one of my best beauty buys.
